No word yet. I submitted a ticket as well and logged it on the bug tracker. People are adamant on that it was added in 1.4, but I know for a fact these were added and the quests were available in 1.3 as during vanilla i got lucky with mine and got it within the first week of DM. It also doesnt make sense that the QS book works, but the class books dont. Ergo, it must be an oversight and im just waiting on a response from a GM at this point.
