@Arx_1 Despite you trying to bait people. The reason its mostly horde in LHC is because we are having 10-20 min queues unlike alliance that has almost always insta queues, so instead of wasting time in Orgrimmar with no honor gain we go kill players where its most effecient for us to be able to get our pvp ranks.

The thing with nostalrius, something I love and hate at the same time, is that it's totally ok to be an asshole and gank player for hours and hours.

The question here is whether or not this is safespotting and by definition it's not. They are only "outranging" the guards so they don't aggro. Other players can attack them like normal and the guards CAN attack them if they aggro them. It's only an exploit when guards aggro you and they or other players can't attack you.

There seem to be some confusion about this location among the Game Masters though so I guess people have to wait and see what the ruling will be.

To clarify, there is a bug where a Horde Mage or Warlock (perhaps hunter too using aimed shot, never seen one so far) can stand RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE GUARDS, meaning two (2) yards distant, and kill an alliance player who has just landed in LHC, and the guards won't aggro.

This is a bug that used to exist in Feenix Vanilla Server too.

The above is the definition of a "exploiting a bug for gain" if I ever saw one.

Could a GM shed some light on this? Why're you GMs not communicating and contradicting yourselves? If Pottu wrote it's not illegal to avoid guards from a max range distance from guards. Then the other GMs need to back the **** off.

Do you have a screenshoot of this or can you take one? It would be interesting to see exactly what you mean and if we are talking about the same thing! Just for future reference.

And ofc, report anyone who is exploiting bugs in game to Game Master by in-game ticket ;)

Pottu has now informed me that my warning for safe spotting was incorrect, and has been removed. Thanks Pottu!
