I'm new to the server, but I don't think you are handing this the right way. The Nostalrius staff is donating their time and resources creating and supporting the server. To ask them to spend even more of their unpaid time investigating every account compromise is asking a lot of the people who have done so much for you all for nothing in return. I agree with the comment by notgunnahappen, where you all should be proactively trying to help find a solution (like creating a proposal for yourselves to volunteer to help or some other way) rather than rely on the existing staff, who have real world obligations outside of staffing Nostalrius.
