Create a thread in the support sub-forum Account issues and include your character name, server and any useful information regarding the events that occurred as this speeds up the process. For the safety of your account, never release any information that could be used for illicit purposes. Such as email addresses, account names or passwords.

Your account was hacked. Immediately after the hacker gained access to your account you were kicked from the game.

The hacker logged in, got your gold, sold off your gear, mailed it off and then deleted your toon. In the meantime, you could not log in due to the fact that you were typing the wrong password.

When you logged in again, your toon was gone. Not all haxx0rz delete toons, yours did.

Move on.

Not sure why no one has come to verify that your toon is deleted. If in fact it is gone, they will not help you recover it. I assume you have made sure you are on correct realm, checked to make sure you were not banned, and have the correct login info.

Your character has indeed been deleted. We do not delete characters. Unfortunately for you, neither do we restore characters. Be more careful in the future.
