It's easier for us if you open a ticket in-game, and link the URL for the screenshot there. They are whispering multiple people, which will mean that multiple tickets on the same gold advertiser will likely be open at once, and when we deal with it there will be no more tickets regarding that whisperer. Forum posts however mean that we go look at the player and another GM has already banned them. (Which was the case for all the accounts listed here).
You can batch them by the way, if you open a ticket for one whisperer and add a screenshot, and get another but a GM hasn't got to you yet, edit the ticket and just add the new ones. Do not worry about what category to put it under, all tickets look the same to us (the categorisation is a relic of Blizzard's old support system.) Just use Help Request (the red question mark on your bar in the game) -> Issues a GM can assist with -> Stuck -> Still Stuck (page a GM) -- for any issue you need help with.
Regarding your older ticket, we work through online player tickets first, then tickets for players who are offline. We also prioritise tickets, handling very time sensitive ones first. So that could be the reason for the delay.
