Quintessence is supposed to be available this patch, and there was nothing said about it being delayed for a later server patch.

Molten Core is suppose to be "open". This is essentially an artifical gating at this point. Our guild put in tons of effort on so many levels, to have tonight's potential Ragnaros kill taken away by no fault of our own is pretty awful. This is a simple quest that belongs in the game, how this was overlooked is pretty disgusting. If this is the precedent for how future raids will be launched, I would venture to guess that things will not be smooth in the future. You may not like our guild, but this opportunity should have been availible to anyone, us or any other guild. And it was not there. Ultimately, I see this entire server launch as a failure. "The Race" to 60 is part 1, but killing bosses is where Vanilla becomes real. This is not scripted, you cant play vanilla at launch. GG.
