dredger is not pre 1.4, = no domo chest until 1.4 verified by wow wiki in May 5th 2005.
all offsets from bosses (accuria/the 2hers from rag) were added as well in 2005 via allakazam/thottbot.

Rag is supposed to drop loot (t2 and some, not all offset pieces)

5. Summary
The original challenge in the game will be maintained through pre-1.4 items, while keeping the game unaffected.
The restoration of old items will mainly be based on the pre-1.4 patch, with some exceptions applied, in order to respect a particular balance between PvE and PvP.
These points will evolve with the timeline:
- PvE content => pre-1.4
- Tier 2 pre-1.4 only available on Ragnaros and Onyxia
- PvP content => 1.4
- PvP factions are unlocked but the rewards will not be available at launch.
it is pre 1.4 on items. again please read before stating false information.
