I had the same problem. The FIX is change password: https://en.nostalrius.org/password . Try this and it should work.

Doesn't work for me though. i have tried everything...
I lost one account when it got hacked. Then i leveled up another guy to 60 and only get to play him a few hours at 60 then when i try and log on i get this disconnected error. Some divine must not want me to play on nost.
