This issue is not an account or client problem, it's a server-wide issue that is affecting players on a large scale, the staff are probably working to resolve the issue, just have some patience.

As an American I will say this happens from time to time. I use a VPN and connect to France or the Netherlands. Google CyberGhost. Good luck!

I was on and got kicked off and it only goes to disconnected from server on me as well now .

Changed password and locked country fixed it for me
