Do you have a picture of the exact C.O.D.? I never used that character to send out anything. Or any character at all, for that matter.

Don't worry, you wont have to back down, the GM's will just lock the thread, and then you continue to post threads, they'll probably just ban your forum account. Trust me, when i say this. Give up

In regards do your previous message. They don't release logs, maybe chat logs if you're banned for excessive cussing, but they don't release any other logs. That compromises their security. You have no rights, you accept the Terms of Service and if they so choose not to release logs to you, of what you did, then you have to accept that.

Compromises their security? I'm asking for a log if I impersonated any staff. All I'm asking for is confirmation on whether or not I actually did anything at all. I guess I'll put it into terms a toddler can understand: Obviously, I am asking for a log for 'staff impersonation'. They have the logs for C.O.D. sent, and I want to know if Nostalrius truly believes for some reason that I sent C.O.D. scams. Is that simple enough for you?

And why would I give up when I know for a fact I was banned wrongly? What is wrong with you? Who in their right mind would do something like that?

I have been banned from WoW retail before, and they usually do provide logs in the ban message, though, and will graciously give you proof if asked.

How is this fair in the slightest. Why isn't there an e-mail explaining the ban? Why shouldn't I be allowed to ask for logs, when I know darn well that I never did any of what I was banned for?

That... that's bullshit and we both know it. They don't provide proof and definitely don't do it "graciously" if asked, I don't know which Blizzard game you've been playing but it wasn't world of warcraft.
