[Quest Bug] 43 Death from below

Please someone link me to the open ticket in the bugtracker, I can't find it amongst the amount of bugs that are still open and unaddressed.

I just ran into this bug, and decided to make a video showing in detail each part of this bug. Watch it here:

How this quest should work

The first comment is enough, taken from patch 1.12.2

"Three waves of Naga appear from behind the hill. One wave of three, one wave of two, and a final wave of three. They are all level 40."

"Right-clicking on this cannon while standing beside it will one-shot every Naga that appears in one fell swoop. Wait until the Naga are descending upon the defenders and fire. Every Naga will die instantly. After your three waves are done, collect your reward, matey!"

A quick update, after publishing the video, I did click on "Complete quest" and nothing happened, it just stays again and again in the same page without actually giving me the ring. So the loot is entirely unaccesible.

What a waste for an otherwise grindy and semi-long chain.

Still not fixed it seems. Pretty much the same problems as everyone has stated before. What a shame, was looking forward to this after a long chain of quests!

6 months since I uploaded the video and messaged GMs with it and the links. Bug had been posted even before I made the video.

The thing won't be getting a fix.
