Getting muted the second I log in? Even before using the chat at lv 1? It doesn't work for any character and frankly I had enough. I decided to stop playing on this server and told my friends how to contact me outside of it. This is the first server I have seen where I am unable to use something as basic as the world or general chat.

I decided to check one last time for a solution but as it seems no one could help and the GM's are nowhere to be seen.

lv 24 I heard you need to be lv 40 to use the chat but my friends don't seem to have any problem with it.

Yes. It says I have joined them and I can see what people are writing. It's just that I can't write in the chat my self.
