I opened an in-game ticket to report several gold sellers and a GM replied that it was best to report these players to a GM on the forums through a private message. He did mention one of the GMs specifically, but after I messaged that GM, he said any of the GMs here are capable of handling reports of gold sellers.

They request screen shots as it helps moves the process along more quickly. You can either open an in-game ticket and provide URLs to the screen shots or just send any of the GMs on the forums a private message with a hyperlink to the screen shots and they'll take care of it from there, but from what I've read, they prefer for players not to give gold sellers anymore unnecessary attention by sharing their information in public threads.

I underlined where it says private message and not a public topic. PM would be sending a message to the forum GM (green names), not posting something on the forum.
