Thank you guys for getting back to me. Everything I know about my buddy tells me there's no way he botted, but I'll have a talk with him if you guys are CERTAIN he was botting. As for making another account, I'll suggest that as well. We read in the ToS that making an account to avoid a ban was just another perma-ban..

I have plenty of friends who played WOW on Blizzard's servers. NONE of them ever named their account MyAccountName2. None of them knew what my account name was. I'll give you one guess who does this.

Just stop. You're not fooling anyone.
