A first warning counts as a last warning? There should be a three strike rule for small infringements such as the Blizzard exploit, as it is not a "major" in-game bug...Doesn't have to be a three strike rule but one warning then permanent ban is kind of ridiculous in my opinion, for a bug this small.

Major bug abuses are permanent bans, small bug abuses are treated with a warning, and if you are found abusing the same bug after the warning you get a permanent ban. Furthermore, and I have said this to you several times before, you were also sharing your account. That is two counts of bug abuse and one of account sharing, the ban on that account is permanent.
