You basically deserved any gold, item, and character loss. Even if you retrieve your account, the staff won't be able to restore anything.

There's a good chance you won't get your account back if it's been hacked. The Nostalrius policy is that users are responsible for the security and safety of their own accounts and stolen/hacked accounts will not be recovered. The password reset feature was implemented to help users who legitimately forgot their password (E.g.: Haven't logged in in a long time, registered their account with an incorrect password, etc.), not to recover stolen/hacked accounts.

If the password recovery does in fact help somebody recover a stolen/hacked account, it's simply a perk, but it's not the intention of the feature nor how it was designed. Even if you somehow did manage to recover your account, they still will not restore any lost gold, gear, items, deleted characters, etc.

If you've been using torrents and getting other game accounts hacked frequently, there's a good chance the computer you're connecting from is riddled with malware and keyloggers. There's a big difference between registering and playing on an official game run by a professional business depending on paying customers versus registering and playing on an unofficial (And technically illegal) game run by a handful of volunteers.

All in all, if your account's been compromised, best to just suck it up and start over, though if you continue to get infected by malware and keyloggers, chances are you're going to repeatedly get hacked.

They're following their Terms of Use and policy. They do not recover lost and/or hacked accounts, therefore they won't be able to assist you. The best thing you can do at this point is to clean your computer by doing a factory reset, don't forget to save your important data. Install a proper anti-virus and anti-malware program. Once you've done this, move over all the important data and scan the computer. If it's secure, change all passwords on all services, create a new account and download the game. Meanwhile you're playing on the new account, you can try to do a password recovery on the old account a few times every day and hope you get lucky. You won't be able to do a password recovery as long the person on the account is online, and you'll need to wait 24 hours after he has gone offline. This will be the last response I'm posting on this thread, the lack of security got you into this mess, and sadly it's not their policy to clean it up.

I hope your account is banned and all your shit gets deleted now. You're spamming the forums and I hope there is some offense against this just so you can learn your lesson.
