It's because thousands of people are connecting at once, the server is having a hard time. Honestly, how could you not expect this? Just give it some time. No one should have expectations to play any hyped server immediately after its release, as this never happens. Doesn't make it a bad server.

It's not. The login server has been up for a few hours, and even before the 'rush' people have been getting unable to connect.

This happened to most mmo games at some point, hyped mmo games. Happend to blizzard many times, yet they had extreme problems when WoD was released recently.

Currently people are inside the game playing, but lot of the people online are complaining that there is nothing to kill. Sittning next to one in game so I pretty good view, and it's pretty terrible at some starting zones

Wednesday was patch day in EU so you got to login atmost on thursday.
