If they have screenshots fair assignments where no other members are arguing then of course they should get their loot.

As stated in our Terms of Use, we do not recover items that were not already assigned when the server crashes. In other words, we do not recover items that were still on the corpse when the server crashes.

The Server did not "crash" it was instant shutted down for honor pvp update.

A 15 second warning beforehand would've been enough. Please don't compare Server crashes to unannounced shutdowns. The latter are not mentioned in your ToU and are deliberate.
