Does anyone remember how Dire Bear Form HP bonus scaled?

It confirms bonus was 600 at lvl 40 and 1240 at lvl 60.
What is the formula for bonus between lvl 40 and 60?

Does it matter if the armor value does not change at all? not for a single armor point

There is a bug anyway, fore sure.

What it changes is how it has to be fixed.
- 27% armor on total armor would be a bug as well.

Are you guys not mistaken with dire bear form you get at lvl 40?
I mean at lvl19 I only get 20 hp bonus in bear form yeah, but if I look at the tooltip on my morph bar that's exactly what it is supposed to be.

The Bear Form tooltip at the class bar is incorrect - have a look at the Bear Form icon near the mini map while you are shapeshifted and you will see the real HP value you should gain.
For me (level 19) it should be +182 health - a gain of 20 HP would be just ridiculous.

How do you get to 182hp for lvl 19?

According to this source, it is simply 10 hp per level, so it would be 190hp (and I don't think tauren bonus is applied to bear form hp bonus, is it?).

I honestly don't remember the correct formula, but I'm sure the devs have their reliable sources.
However, I think we all agree that this bug needs to be fixed asap.
