How is this fair in the slightest. Why isn't there an e-mail explaining the ban? Why shouldn't I be allowed to ask for logs, when I know darn well that I never did any of what I was banned for?

That... that's bullshit and we both know it. They don't provide proof and definitely don't do it "graciously" if asked, I don't know which Blizzard game you've been playing but it wasn't world of warcraft.

That's what I'm saying. I can make a ticket on my old banned account and ask for proof, and they will probably say that they can't give it over because if they did, it would allow people to understand how they get their proof for banning.

Keep trying Moof, you wont be getting unbanned qt3.14

You have obviously never been banned from retail. If they say you have been banned for spamming, they will show you the chat log where you spammed. If you say that you're banned for impersonating Blizzard staff, they will show you exact log where you impersonated. Stop wasting my and everybody else's time by talking about things you know absolutely nothing about.

Know what's crazy? If the mods actually gave a shit about what you have to think, and your personal opinion. They'd of showed you the logs. They've been active on every post that has required them.

Let's refer to Section 7. Account Suspension/Cancellation of this.

http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/ab ... ofuse.html

Also section 9.

Proof that they don't have to show you anything, and they never do. Stop wasting everyone's time and re-level.

actually you can see clear as day that character has a different " i " in his name.

Its weird how you people so easily accept punishment with no explanations...no wonder the world is going to shit.

I can predict his next statement.

"That's not my character" or "My brother did it"
