I just tried it out and can confirm it works. Just pick up the quest at the goblin engineers in the valley of honor in Org.

Not going to try that out, in case it doesn't.

But I did notice that the box at the end with the blueprints for the quest "Rig Wars" takes 5 minutes to respawn after it has been looted. So the last person in the group to loot it must wait 20 minutes! This does not make any sense. It should just respawn instantly.
