connect-discnonnected from the server

New player here. Can't connect at all as well.. I'll keep this post opened. If anyone finds a fix please tell me. I tried all the things that are recommended to try.

Now it works. I had this problem coming from Austria, and a friend from Germany too.

I logged in, then logged back out. Got disconnected at the character screen. I can not log back in.

I just tried three times and got in on the third attempted. I sat at the character screen and got disconnected again.

One of the nodes from Western Hemisphere is broken. Below is the ping plot. Until it routes to a different node, or is fixed, we are pretty much SoL.

Note: whited out my ISP's IP addresses for privacy reasons, we only need the universal nodes anyway for research. If your browser crops photo, click in new tab to see... "Address not reachable" it ends on a node in Canada.

Edit: http://www.ip-tracker.org/locator/ip-lo ... 8.27.73.58 is the last IP it hits before not continuing to the login server

I can log in if I try 3 times to log in, and I can log onto my character. I however can't make a new character, it just gets stuck or disconnects me after a short while.

Check my post above yours. There is something on the line from western hemisphere to eastern that the login server uses compared to the forum that is having issues. It looks like it is working sometimes and sometimes not. Just give it some time and it will work itself out.

Note: now able to login to my account, but worried about logging off due to login server issues

couldn't connect via a US VPN server, but a soon as I connected to a EURO VPN server, bam straight in.
