I have the same issue. My ping is always the same, but when there are >5k people on line it's like im getting a .5-1 sec delay.

This wont work for pvp, so i'm concerned about this.

Guys Ive tried everything on my side and still no success ...server just went down for me exactly @ the predicted time . Ive spent some money behind trying to fix this on my side =( ...nothing ... I dont think the power is in my hands anymore . Can I at least have some feedback that there is something being done about my situation?
Im noticing people commenting on this post who do not share the exact problem as me that are gettin more feedback than myself .

My ingame name is "awake" .

I really want to play during the weeks hardcore , can i at least be motivated by some devs that they are looking into it? Because im more or less just slow grinding during the weekends in hope yall figure something out . Msg me or comment @ anytime please.

I wud gladly cooperate with whatever information you guys require.

Where are you stuck exactly ? (Connecting ? Loading characters ?)
What realmlist do you use ?
And could you try using a VPN ?

Right now im stuck on connecting into disconnected from server since monday.
Before i could have logged in but it wud be be on a constant 10k + ping from 6pm to 6am on weekdays. (U can see one my comments where i did a tracert and linked)
Yes ive tried a VPN but its very very very slow and i cant tell if its that or me thats on 10k + ping
i tried both realmlists , 1 and 2

You should consider using another VPN service.
