Seems like the Devs thought it would take longer to do MC and didn't actually have Domo and Rag scripted so they gated it. IF <GRIZZLY> has the rep and the the hand quest complete then they have every right to be upset.

The fact that this quest works on default MaNGOS and this server is supposed to have 5 years of development time behind it is absolutely unacceptable. We don't need Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny. We'd be perfectly happy killing the bosses with no loot rewards.

We just want to kill the bosses that were promised by the project team would be working.

Posting multiple pictures and degrading the staff is the perfect way to get results eh?

In the future I would advise against using childish insults to the staff, and maybe put together a single post... Perhaps from the GM of your guild or an officer stating that you can no longer progress due to the bosses not being in the game?
