Instant disconnected from server at login

I also get this issue right now, it was fine yesterday but now it's not working. Not sure why, any help?

I was about to hit lvl 8 and all suddenly i got a dc.
- when i tryed to log on agian, it just said: Unable to connect.
Have been trying to log in for many hours now. - Heeeeeelp :/

Yesterday i got a dc and i couldn't reconnect, first i thought the Server may be offline.
So I tried to connect today and I'm getting the same problem, type in my password,
server message switch to "Connecting" and then to "Disconnected from server".
I tried my second account and I'm able to login. Can you check whats wrong with my first
Account ? Name: "PumbaTV"

You'll need to send a private message to one of the administrators requesting a password reset.

Hi Daemon, i am getting an issue with logging in that i havent had before - Now when i try to log in, my account gets to just before the 'authenticating' stage and then disconnects. Have been trying to log in for a while now and it is defintely account specific - my brother can log in on his. have checked realmlist, deleted wbd folder etc....
is there a way you could check the status of my account in case it has somehow been deactivated?

My (only) account name is rileyseyes.
