C.o.d. "scammed"

by Solu9 » Wed Apr 22, 2015 12:57 pm

Heya.

I have recently been in contact with a player cause of a trade between him and me. I were to sell, and send, an item C.o.D. to the player.
He, obviously, assured me that he had the gold and suggested himself that we did it the C.o.D. way. (After I had suggested we just met).
Foolish as I were I believe the tale of him just needing to transfer some gold from his bank char.
It has been over a day now. He is, and has been, online for hours and is not responding to my messages anymore.
Until he either pays, or send the item back, it's stuck in limbo.

I realize this is the repercussion of my own foolishness. But I want to ask anyway.
Is this seen as scamm? Is there anything I can do, or is all there is to do is wait (29 days if I recall?).

Its not foolish to be honest Solu. I COD stuff to people all the time it would be stupid if you "forgot" to COD it to him and just sent the item over. You should have it back though soon.

Oh praise the nine hells. It has been too long since I played WoW.
Thank you for clearing that up.
This orc rests easy tonight.
