Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello Nost Staff + Members,

I got a question regarding account "sharing":

ToS says it is not allowed to "gift share or "offer to.. share" accounts.

So actually I am playing with family members and many friends on Nostalrius.
1) Am I allowed to log the account of my brother (yes its true, again a brother) without getting banned? Ofc without multiboxing. I mean, may I farm with his character herbs while I don't have herbalism with my own character?
2) Am I allowed to log a friends character to go in instances with this char?
3) Am I allowed to share a bank character/account with my friends/guild members?`

All this thing were possible on retail and I'm wondering if I can use this here on nostalrius without risking my account getting banned.

I got no problem with forbidding account sharing but in my opinion this may offer a lot of false accusations.
E.g. my brother is coming by and logging in on my computer/IP and play.

Just want a clarification.

You've already highlighted the pertinent part.

You may not purchase, sell, gift share or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift, share or trade any account, and any such attempt shall be null and void.

edit this to take out all of the superfluous words:

You may not share any account, or offer to share any account, and any such attempt shall be null and void.

If you read the forum posts regarding the calamities of improperly secured accounts, it would be wise to come to the conclusion that it isn't a great idea regardless of the fact it is already written into TOS.

It is weird to forbid it, since it was allowed on retail vanilla and I can't find any reason to make this rule an exception of the "blizzlike-way". If u give your datas to ppl you don't know in person and lose your char, it is your own fault.

But if that's the way Nostalrius want to handle account sharing, I'm fine with it !

You also don't pay any subscription to play on this server, which is clearly not blizzlike, they need to fix this asap.
