Lost items

My key to onyxia is lost from my bank (drakefire amulet). im sure i didnt delete it,and it cant be sold to vendor. i puted it in my bank and left it there. till i need it 2 days ago for raid and i was unable to find it. closed all my bag addons and searched bag's twice. can u tell me what should i do ? or how can i get it back ? can gm's do anything here ?

Same issue here with a Quest item in the wc. Abandoning the Quest and restarting it didnt help....also is the lost and missing gem Not lootable anymore...tryed it 2 Times. There Must be a possibility to recreate lost items which got lost by bugs. Ingame help wasnt offered yet.
