Account Status

Recently decided to come back from a certain server that begins with the letter K. To find that my account is currently closed. On the first login attempt, I don't think I triggered a mini-ban from incorrect information spam.
Is there a support ticket section from the main websites, hopefully I am not polluting the support forum with a none-game related support thread.
The account details in question escape me. However I believe it was created sometime in March? Last I remember was jumping ship for server rollback issues I was experiencing.
