How to restore acc?

My friend has forgotten his acc name and password both.
We have checked his every mailbox, - no letter.

Is there any chance to restore his acc back?

How do we PM an admin? There is no option anywhere..

however hes lazy bindtch and 46 old.
how we can pm to admin? he cannot get into his acc.
any chance to compare his acc with e-mail?
any procedure to match possible account name-passwords pairs?

he needs to PM Viper through the forums on his forum account. You cannot do it for him. If he hasn't posted on the forums yet, he needs to make one post somewhere to be able to send private messages. In the PM, he should put in as many details about his account as possible.
