Bug in Durotar

Hi.

Not sure if this is the right board for this. By the way, does the GM system in game work at all or is it just there because it was a part of the UI?

I was doing the quest Vanquish the Betrayers in Tiragarde Keep in Durotar, when I encountered what I assume is a bug. Benedict drops a key, but his chest is empty and doesn't contain anything that starts a quest. I asked in general chat and apparently it worked yesterday.

Only tickets under Stuck go to the GM team, the others go to the Devs as bug reports. I have just tested the chest and it is spawning the item as normal.
