Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

As the title says, i was running through barrens and i died, on my corpse run back i noticed i had a talent point unspent, as i am new to this server i don't know of any bugs so far, so i went ahead and spent the talent point.. at the exact same moment i somehow died again?! This meant that i was stuck lying down in ghost not being able to press release spirit, is there any help i could get please?

My Character's name is Wxl, 34 human Warlock
