ACCOUNT CREATION LIMIT REACHED

I have a great desire to play on this server, but I cannot make an in-game account. When I fill in the form and click 'Create my account' the message 'ACCOUNT CREATION LIMIT REACHED' pops up. I've tried logging into the game with said account, doesn't work.

Is this limitation set on purpose and will I eventually be able to create a game account and play?

there is a limit of 3 accounts per IP address. There are no plans for lifting this restriction.
