GM warning of Suspicion of Botting and goldselling. VPN

Greetings GM! I represent Qiangge (paladin) of <The Alliance Pub> which is a chinese guild playing at GMT+8 on your server. I'm one of the few fluent english speaker so I'm writing a ticket on behalf of my guildies.

Most of them use VPN to connect to your french server. lesser % uses paid VPN, and majority uses free VPN (example is mxvpn, su.baidu.com, IONLIFE vpn) to play, and some are directly connnected.

at around 8:50AM game time Qiangge received a message from GM <Igen> saying the following:

"I suggest you figure out who keeps trying to bot characters and advertise gold from this IP, before I ban every single account on it" Which got him worried and sent me IM message to solve the issue for him.

Most of the chinese population will still be using various forms of VPN to connect to Nost. I would just like to give a heads up to GMs with regards to the guild's VPN usage, which may also be the case of other botters and gold sellers.

Another issue is an Epic item (Cloudkeeper Legplates) that have disappeared from Regression (rogue) of <The Alliance Pub>. A trade was made between Qiangge the above mentioned pally to Regression to help sell on Trade channel and AH. The trade was done at around 7:20AM today, and it was linked to world chat and trade a few times. The last time Regression checked from his backpack (1st bag slot, Traveller's Backpack) is at around 9:30AM today. He didn't visit any merchant until when he checked for the purple Cloudkeeper legplates, and it wasn't in his inventory.

I was hoping if GM can check the log of the above-mentioned item, if it was removed via suspicion of gold selling?

We are aware of this, the IP has 3 main accounts and if I remember correctly at least 5 that were botting to lvl 5 and then spamming public channels with gold advertizing. Oddly enough after my warning it stopped.

I was hoping if GM can check the log of the above-mentioned item, if it was removed via suspicion of gold selling?
