Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Decedra Willham NPC on the dock on Theramore Isle is NOT flagged as a civilian. I killed her and got dishonorable kill and RP loss. Correct me if i am wrong but shouldnt the NPCs with grey tag 'civilian' give DKs and not the ones with normal name tag? Here is a screenshot as proof.

PvPers who didnt know this like me pay close attention on what you are killing.
100RP loss isnt that much, but it can make a difference on hitting some rank on 99%.
Could i please have someone to assist me on this matter? Thank you very much for your time.

Unfortunately she is a civilian but is lacking the Civilian tag that it should have. Known bug with Mangos which the 5 years in development this server had didn't catch.

Well its not gamebreaking really but from player side it is really frustrating. My hearth froze when i saw DK on my screen, especialy because i was with a friend in group who is currently rank 11 going for rank 12 this week.
Luckily he didnt get it, only i have. Can any GM or dev confirm that it was overlooked?
I have invested alot of time PvPing on this server and i have alot of fun doing it but it felt really soulcrushing killing normal NPC and getting a DK.
Can my RP issue get fixed and can the NPC get a propper name tag so players would know about it in the future?
I hope i am not asking too much, i obviously wouldnt kill a civilian. 100 RP can potentialy set me back litteraly for a full week in ranking up and i wouldnt even know what to do in that spot . Please show pvp community some support!

It's not game breaking as long as this isn't the only instance where a Civilian isn't tagged correctly, in which case it can become game breaking. Especially if you're in a group all it takes is one person to knock off a few DKs missing their label to screw up someones rank.

Yesterday i wated for 4 hours with no response from GM and today for over 6 hours now. Can someone assist me with this issue since it is obvuiously a bug? Honor reset is tomorrow and i dont want to lose a potential rank due to server issue that is easily fixable. It would be nice if someone helped.

just dont kill that npc?
