Account has been stolen

Dear GM,

I would like to report a stolen account, my friend used [email protected] registered two accounts, and both of them has been stolen by yesterday (Account ID: xiao8079) and today (Account ID: 8079xiao). Now he can not log on both of his account, I think it's because the thief changed his password.

Therefore, I would like to know if you could help him to reset the password, also if you could find where his golds go if his golds has been transfer to another account, which means the person that received the golds might be the thief. Thank you so much
