Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account with the username "spendizzle" and the character "outplayed." Every time i attempt to log into this account, it automatically tells me "unable to connect," even though my internet is fine. Can a GM please give me insight on why this is?

Well i created another account and can log into that one so it is not the connection... how do i go about resetting my password?
