Why is it that the wife/brother/scapegoat never post themselves?

Even if you were wrongly banned you just admitted to account sharing, which while stupid is against the rules. So now you need no explanation.

If you were indeed account sharing with your girlfriend, that's against the Terms of Use.

Cheating and account sharing

As a reminder, a Nostalrius staff member will never ask you for your account name nor password. Please, never share your login information. We will not recover characters, equipment or gold from a hacked account. Never delete your character "by accident".

The player is responsible for his own account safety. You should:

Have a complicated password
Never share your account details
Connect yourself from a safe place
Never download unsafe files that might contain keyloggers.
