Mage - Can't play after regen

Every time i drink/eat, i can't do anything, it says "cant do that while seated".
I must log off/log on, and maybe, maybe, it's OK...
Very annoying.

Is this every time you drink? I've only encountered this issue when it's been combined with the "stuck fishing" bug.
