Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi,

I've started playing shortly on advice from friends that there are litlle or no bugs on this server.
Unfortunaly i've been hitting bugs up and up. I do play on a mac and this may be the problem.

So the problem here:

I kept getting dc'd while trying to log in so i google it up and i'm satisfied to see a topic on the forum which should fix the problem: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=340 so i do what i says and now my account is banned.

How can i fix this?

I'm not going to make a new account and level again.

before others will be saying what other bugs just a few to get started: killed benedict 3 times looted the key opened the chest 0 quest item. Did the hunter quest on level 10 dismissed my pet tried to catch the follow up quest said i already owned a pet. etc etc

That thread is old; really old, from December of last year. It's on a board that's not even listed on the forums index anymore. There's a chance it doesn't pertain to your specific issue.

You say you "keep getting dc'd while trying to log in." Are you typing in your account name and password and the login screen keeps rejecting it, or are you able to successfully login but as soon as you select your character and enter the game, you get disconnected? Because there's significant difference between the two.

If you're unable to login or get passed the login screen, the server has a limitation on the number of times an account can attempt to login and will automatically ban it after so many unsuccessful attempts to prevent brute-force hacking. This may be happening to your account if you tried to log in too many times unsuccessfully. If that's the case, wait about 15 minutes and the ban will be removed and you can try logging in again.

i can't even connect its the same unnable to connect error as if there is no internet. I've tried the new solution on this forum also. Still banned. http://postimg.org/image/r11m71205/
