Account Banned

Hello, I was banned maybe 10 minutes ago and made an account right away to get some help.
I was grinding in duskwood killing spiders and wolves to hit 24, and was disconnected and saw that my account had been banned, I thought it was just another disconnection.
I was just talking to my guildmates maybe 3 minutes before I was banned. I received no message from a GM or anything.

Which I wasn't. What proof was there that I was? I really do not feel like starting over because an admin was careless by not messaging me before I was banned. Seems unfair. I would have replied to prove that I was playing.

Using any third part software is forbidden, even if you are there to answer to players / to chat / etc ...
Your account has been banned, but it does not necessarily mean that you were using a bot the second before you got disconnected. It only means that you used a bot at least once on this account.

Often in these topics I see people state something like "I was just talking to my guildmates." Like that is something special. Which I guess it is for someone botting.
By stating that in their OP they clearly already know the charges will be botting. They give themselves away.
