Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I posted in another thread where a user reported a similar problem, but it seems like making a separate post is the preferred format.

On my account "Gnullith", I had a disconnect while in IF and immediately after that I was unable to log in. The error message is "This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use. Please go to(...)"
Restarting the computer and trying from a different internet connection does not resolve the issue, and neither has waiting six hours.

I will be very happy to provide more information or help clear any mistakes via PM.

EDIT: My guild (and real life) friend just pointed out that it might seem suspicious that I have sent packets of 50 or 60 gold to a couple of guild mates. This was my way (as a player who enjoys trading and tradeskilling more than adventuring) of helping along my guild mates. Again, I am willing to jump through any hoops or clear any questions you might have.

At the moment I have faith in the system I would hate to lose my many days of \played just because it looks suspicious to prefer trading and tradeskilling to leveling. I have had some funny reactions to my 300/300 tailoring/enchanting at character level 45 though this one is more on the gallows humor side of things

It might also be because of recent trades with high (for a level 45) amounts of gold for various enchants with mats. So for any anxious current or future customers out there: Use the coupon code #IAmPernille for 1g off your next Crusader enchant!

I messaged the admin Viper on Saturday as proposed in a PM by the game master Tyreal. How long should I expect to wait before hearing anything - maybe just a "we are busy at the moment, but we will look at it in X days"?
