banned, pm didnt help

got banned for being a dumbass and using software that ended up just killing me over and over. abandoned it after I realized it was no real help and I could lose all that work for nothing, only to find I was banned when I went to go log in the next day. I dont know if this is permanent or not but I would really hate to start all over, I mean I will if I have to because that's kinda what I get but I was hoping you guys could be understanding in that I learned my lesson and would like to have a second chance (nothing on the account has any value other than my time spent leveling to 32, no substantial amount of money/etc).
sent a PM to someone and didn't get a response but I see lots of posts on here so I thought i'd give it a try.

They aren't going to give it back. I wonder how many ban threads/stories we need before people realize that A) botting is bad, and B) the account is toasted for good. If you were botting and the account goes away, you shouldn't come back acting surprised or asking when/if you can get it back. Look on the bright side, it doesn't take long to recover a level 32 character. People get that in a few days. Just don't do something this stupid again. Auto grinding mobs isn't worth it. Take your rested and play the game yourself like you're supposed to.

Breaking rules is bad. Don't expect a damn thing out of ANYONE if you're purposefully going out of your way to IGNORE the server's rules, to cheat/hack/bot/whatever. It's your account/time's own grave.
