Yes i am having the same issue but it seems everyone gets disconected but dont know why

It's 3 PM in France so maybe the Staff members are too busy with their IRL activities to check that out

Yes, a hot fix has been applied without the need of a server restart

A real restart will maybe occurs tomorrow to finalize the solution.

Patchnote will be available in few days.
