Cyclonian quest bugged

Hello,

I have collected all the items requested, turned the 24 charms into the essence of exile, quest shows up as completed on my quest log, but the quest giver just won't accept it.

Any help possible? invested quiet a lot of time into it and would be rly saddening having to give it up.
My character is called Rinusmuetti (H)

You can try to abandon it and take it again, I guess.

That's what i thought as well, i tried to abandon but it says it would destroy my Essence of the Exile. Which quiet honestly took a long time to take.

Any other possible fix?

Open an ingame ticket addressed to me, and include a link to a screenshot of your quest log. I doubt I will be able to log tonight though, but I will get to you as soon as possible.

*UPDATE*

I followed the suggestions of similar posts i've found around and i managed to fix the problem.

I deposited all the quest items in a bank, abandoned the quest and when i accepted the new one i could hand it in.
Thanks for the support guys, hopefully this will help others in the future.
