Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Did a BRD full run tonight at 5:15.

Master looter, gave out the item to the wrong person. (Both items should've been for me, probably missclicked, it was late and I was very, very tired.)

Print screen included to show the item/loot + masterloot, ... etc
Opened a ticket but couldn't stay awake for much longer, was way too sleepy.
(Item should go from Jarichi to Bennazz)

Hope this mistake can be solved.

I bear witness. Jurichi, the one accidently getting the loot handed to him by Master Looter, approves of it being sent to Bennazz. He made a ticket aswell. Awaiting response.

The staff does not refund items that were given to a player "by mistake" lol

Hvemklomater is correct. We do not recompensate players for lost items or looting mistakes or disenchanting mistakes or quest reward misclicks or accidentally vendored items or anything like that.

The only exception to this rule is raid level epics, for which some special rules can be found in our Terms of Use here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8

pic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who was supposed to receive the item.
