[Solved]Inventory Problem - Quest Item "The Master's Glaive"

Greetings

Today when i played on my Druid i went to do the Quest "The Master's Glaive." I reached the Quest-objective, but seemingly deleted the Quest Item "Phial of Scrying" to turn the quest in. I went back to the Questgiver "Onu", since I know he has a Quest that would give me a replacement Phial.
I couldn't complete the replaement-quest, since i apparently already carry the specified Item (Error Message: You can't carry any more of these items.), despite not having that item in my bags. I also noticed that i can't accept any Beached Turtle/creature Quests in Darkshore. and earlier in Redrige, when i accepted the Quest "Murloc poachers" i seemingly had 6/8 Murloc Scales according to the quest log, even though i had 0 in my bags.
I tried relogging and reloading aswell as empyting my bags, deactivating addons and unequipping bags. Nothing works.
The druid is called Idun, is lvl 21 and atm in standing infront of Onu. I hope you can help me and if you require more information just ask for it.

please close your WOW client, delete the WDB folder and then relaunch, see if that helps.

Edit: I also now tried deinstalling the game and reinstalling it, which also didn't solve my problem.
Going to bed for now since it's quite late over here, i'll check back tomorrow.

Can you check your bank? Quests will count items in your bank as well but you cannot turn in the quest with the items in your bank. If you ever put something in your bank, you would have to abandon the quest and pick it up again. This is a known bug and I think it is in the bug tracker.
