Account banned?!

Hello. While I was leveling my char I suddenly got disconnected. Afterwards when I tried to relog, it says my account was closed. Account name is ashbringer1.

I did not mistype my password and I did not break any rule. Why has this happened?

The account 'ashbringer1' has been banned for using a teleport hack and confirmed by a GM.

I did not use any hack. I kept moving my char normally thinking there were no mobs from the area filled with goblins in stv to crystalvein mine. I kept going and going for a few minutes with no mob in sight. Now that I think about it my account must've lagged. While in the mine I suddenly died and got back to the goblin area. Then boom, disconnect. Could that be mistaken for a teleport hack?
