Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm a player from the EU (Netherlands) that just started playing.

For some strange reason my MS keeps above 300 going up to almost a 1000. This makes playing alot less fun and alot harder.

Any tips on what I can maybe do to fix it?

Have to edit my MS usually stays around 1000-1800 causing delays of 2 seconds or more.

I'm playing on a decent enough laptop on wifi. Having no other connection issues besides these. My FPS is at 60 all the time.
