Ferocity not reducing Claw/Rake Cost

Hello Support,
my Ferocity Talent is failing to reduce the Energy cost of my Claw and Rake abilites,
though it does reduce my Maul/Swipe Ability.
Several Relogs or WDB Deletion did not work.

was able to confirm that other Feral Druids share the same Problem.
I asked 2 fellow Druids that have the very same Problem.

Some rogue talent(s) are also broken. This morning's update needs a sweep over by the devs to fix everything plz.

I have a lv47 druid and also have this bug. I'll report it to the Bug tracker
